Micki Holder has been the Project Manager for the building of my parent’s new home in Buddina QLD. My parents are in their 80’s and never having built before, have all the dreams of any new home owners but with the added requirements of planning for special mobility considerations and storage for their possessions.

From my initial enquiry to a new home sales advertisement with House and Land Solutions, Micki has been exceptionally helpful, always pleasant and willing to work with us patiently on the planning and thinking creatively for solutions to getting the plans for my parents ‘just right’. This required several planning and discussion meetings at my home at times that could suit all parties an Micki showed flexibility and genuine interest and care in listening to my parent’s wishes. She coordinated with the builder to view various display homes as well as interfacing between the designer and my parents for possibilities.

We are now at the end of the building process and as the family representative, I have valued Micki’s quick and professional response to each and every concern that we have had. Micki has contacted the construction supervisor and trades people in order to have concerns or special requests regarding tiles, grip rails, kitchen design, paths and entry requests included. Her pleasant and reassuring responses to our enquiries have been wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend the friendly and professional services of Micki Holder to anyone planning a building project to ensure the communication between the building personnel and the owners are managed efficiently, diplomatically and with the best possible outcome for all parties.
